3LF enjoyed dressing up as their favourite book characters for World Book Day. They started off the day with a reading breakfast where parents were invited in to enjoy hot drinks, a light breakfast snack and share a book with their child. The children then completed various activities aimed at promoting their love of reading. The children got to complete book reviews, create their own bookmarks, create their own book covers, complete a Where’s Wally book hunt and also take part in some fun quizzes based on their knowledge of famous children’s books and authors. It was a very exciting day!
