We would like to encourage your child/children to dress up as a favourite book character and bring the physical book into school. They or the class teacher can then share extracts from the texts. The book can be fiction or non fiction!

There are some lovely ideas in the attachments for low cost (and effort) costumes and even ideas for a World Book Day potato character if you child does not want to dress up! Enjoy getting creative, but more importantly enjoy sharing books with your child!
